The ball is bigger than I pictured and definitely does the job—no more commentary from my partner once it's in. The strap holds tight without digging in too much, which was my main worry.

The strap adjusts down small enough for a narrow jaw, which I wasn't sure about when ordering. Silicone has a bit of give so it doesn't feel like it's cutting in, and cleanup is quick with warm water. Quietest my partner has been all month.

The ball is bigger than I expected, which honestly ended up being the best part. It stays put even when things get lively, and the strap adjusts tight without pinching the corners of my mouth. Finally got the quiet I was after.
