The heart cutout makes it way less intimidating than a plain ball gag, and the buckle strap actually stays put no matter how much I move around. Played nurse and patient with my partner last weekend and it was a hit.
The heart shape on this gag is way funnier in person than I expected, and it actually sits comfortably without pinching the corners of my mouth. Pairing it with wrist cuffs for a nurse/patient night worked perfectly, and my partner cracked up the second I put it on.
The adjustable strap makes this really comfortable for longer play sessions, and the heart shape is a fun touch for nurse roleplay. My partner and I have gotten way more use out of it than I expected.
