Wasn't sure about the whole gag thing but the ball fits comfortably and stays put without any jaw ache. The bag it comes in is a nice touch for keeping things discreet too.
The silky texture of the sphere makes it much more comfortable than I expected for extended wear. Fits snugly without being too bulky, and it definitely keeps things quiet.
Didn't expect the whole thing to fit this comfortably, but the sphere sits in the mouth without any sharp edges digging in. The bag it comes in is handy for keeping it clean between uses. My partner and I have gotten way more use out of this than I figured we would.
