Was a little nervous trying my first gag, but this one feels much less scary than the pictures suggest. The open mouth design really does give that exposed look while staying comfortable enough to enjoy.
The buckle strap adjusts way easier than I expected, so we could find a comfortable fit on the first try. It's a gentle intro to gag play since the open mouth design doesn't feel claustrophobic at all.
The open mouth design is definitely less intimidating than a full ball gag, and the straps adjust easily enough for a beginner. That said, it doesn't stay put very well once things get going, so I had to keep readjusting it. Fine for the price, but I'd probably look at something sturdier if I stick
