Wasn't sure how the breathable design would actually feel during play, but the airflow through those holes makes a real difference for longer sessions. The silicone has just enough give that it doesn't dig into my jaw, and the strap stays put without needing constant readjusting.
The soft silicone is surprisingly comfortable, and the breathable design means I can wear it longer without feeling panicky. Makes for a very effective way to quiet things down without sacrificing safety.
