The strap around the neck stays snug without digging in, which surprised me since I expected it to slip. Having both ends in play at once makes this way more versatile than the plain gag I used before.
My partner and I have been using this for a few weeks now and the dildo adds a whole new dimension compared to a plain ball gag. The strap stays secure without being too tight, which is key for longer sessions.
The strap adjusts easily and the gag fits snug without being too tight—the attached dildo adds a whole new dimension to play. Really well-made, worth every penny.
