The breathing holes make a huge difference during longer sessions — you can stay in the moment without feeling panicky. The clamps grip firmly enough to hold their place, and the whole set feels properly stitched and sturdy.
I was skeptical about the included nipple clamps, but they're surprisingly adjustable and stay put even during rougher play. The gag itself feels solid
The ball gag's breathable holes actually make a difference for longer sessions, way better than the solid one I had before. Clamps stayed put without pinching too hard, and everything cleaned up easy after.
